All the participants are requested to check the latest VISA information for visiting the United States. ISITA 2012 will issue an invitation letter to the participant who is the author of an accepted paper and has completed the registration procedure (including the payment of the registration fee). If you request the invitation letter, please send an email to isita-2012-visa@mail.ieice.org and provide the following information clearly and explicitly.

  • name of the applicant
  • title (Dr., Prof., etc.)
  • affiliation
  • EDAS paper number
  • paper title
Applicants of the invitation letters are encouraged to start the VISA procedure as soon as possible (but after completing the registration), as the procedure may take long time in some countries/regions. Please also note that the invitation letter does not guarantee the qualification of VISA and your entrance to the United States.
