Online registration has closed. On-Site registration will be opened at the symposium venue.

The registration desk will be located at the PA KALIHI COURTYARD (Level 3), Hawai‘i convention center. All participants must register and receive a symposium nametag in order to participate in symposium activities. Hours of operation for the registration desk will be:
