Guidelines for Presenters

For Oral Presenters

Each oral presentation is allocated 20 minutes, including up to 5 minutes for discussion. To ensure smooth flow of the session, please adhere to the following guidelines:
  1. Use your own laptop for the presentation.
    • An HDMI port is required. Please bring an appropriate adapter if necessary.
  2. Arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
    • Check your connection to the projector upon arrival.
  3. A microphone and a laser pointer will be provided in each room.

For Poster Session Presenters

  1. Poster board size: A0 size (portrait orientation)
    • 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height) or 33.11 inches (width) x 46.81 inches (height)
  2. Mounting materials:
    • Tape will be provided for attaching your poster to the board. Please use only the supplied tape to avoid damaging the poster board.
  3. At least one author must be present at the poster during the entire session.
