Visa Invitation Letters
To check if you need an entry visa, please visit the website of the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, R.O.C. (Taiwan).
If needed, ISITA 2024 can issue an invitation letter to any participant who is the author of an accepted paper or has paid the registration fee. To request an invitation letter, send an email to isita-2024-visa@mail.ieice.org with the following information:
- Delegate Name
- Title (Dr., Prof., etc.)
- Affiliation
- EDAS Paper Number (for authors)
- Paper Title (for authors)
- Confirmation Number (for those who have paid the registration fee)
Applicants for invitation letters are encouraged to start the visa procedure as soon as possible, as the procedure may take substantial time, depending upon on your country/region. Please note that the invitation letter does not guarantee your qualification for a visa and your entrance to Taiwan.
VISA Application for Mainland China
The following information is for any participant from mainland China who is the author of an accepted paper or has paid the registration fee.
The organizing committee needs to help with the visa application process. Please refer to the PDF file for details: (https://isita.ieice.org/2024/files/ISITA2024_application.pdf). Since the application process can take a long time, please send the information listed in "1. Application for Ministry of Education Project Documentation" in the PDF file to isita-2024-visa@mail.ieice.org as soon as possible.
