Registration
Note to Authors
At least one author of each paper must register at the non-student rate for the paper to appear in the Final Program and the Proceedings. A maximum of three papers/posters per registered author is allowed. The EDAS paper ID(s) must be provided by at least one author at the time of registration.
Registration and Payment
Registration is required for all participants of ISITA 2024, and registration should be performed online at the registration site: https://cvent.me/yDMKVD. The registration site will close at 23:59 on October 25, 2024 (AoE).
As of August 22, 2024: You may not be able to receive a confirmation email after registration. However, you will be able to check your registration status by logging in from "Already Registered?" in the registration site. You will also be able to receive your confirmation number by clicking "Forgot your confirmation number?", together with your registered email.
All registrations include: plenary sessions, technical sessions, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and banquet dinner.
The appropriate classification for registrations should be chosen based on your current status and registration date.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received up to September 30, 2024 (AoE) will receive a full refund, but US$50 is deducted as a processing fee. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received on or after October 1, 2024.
Use of Your Personal Information
Your personal information provided for registration is managed by the ISITA 2024 Organizing Committee, and your data will be used only for the purpose of this symposium, and notifying you of upcoming ISITA symposia. Unless otherwise agreed by you or required by law, your personal information will not be disclosed to the third parties except to those who are engaged in this symposium.
Accommodation
The ISITA 2024 Organizing Committee does not arrange or provide recommendations for hotel accommodations. We kindly request that you make your own arrangements.
