For Oral Presenters<\/h3>\n

Each presentation is allocated 20 minutes including up to 5 minutes for discussion. To ensure smooth session flow, please adhere to the following guidelines:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Use your own laptop for the presentation.\n
      \n
    • An HDMI port is required. Please bring an appropriate adapter if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the start time.\n
        \n
      • Check your connection with the projector upon arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • A microphone and laser pointer will be provided in each room.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        For \u00a0Poster Session Presenters<\/h3>\n
          \n
        1. Poster board size: A0 size (portrait orientation)\n
            \n
          • 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height) or 33.11 inches (width) x 46.81 inches (height)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Mounting materials:\n
              \n
            • Tape will be provided for attaching your poster to the board. Please use only the supplied tape to avoid damaging the poster board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • At least one author must be present at the poster during the entire session.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
