The 2012 International Symposium on Information Theory and its Applications (ISITA2012) will take place in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, during October 28--31, 2012. The symposium has been held every two years. Hawaii is the place where the first ISITA was organized in the year 1990 as well as the sixth symposium in 2000.

Papers will be selected on the basis of a full paper (not exceeding 5pages). The deadline for submission is extended to May 5, 2012.
Notification of decisions will be made by the middle of July 2012.
Accepted papers will appear in the symposium proceedings.
